Following this, the second event featured Dr. Derya Tan Ürse, the Regional Quality and Food Safety Leader at Pladis Global, a major player in the global snack industry. Dr. Ürse’s presentation, titled “The Role of Veterinarians in World-Class Food Safety and Quality,” shed light on the crucial role veterinarians play in ensuring food safety and quality on a global scale. Pladis Global, known for its standing as one of the world’s top 10 chocolate and confectionery companies, provided students with valuable insights into industry practices.
