Near East University Atatürk Faculty of Education, in collaboration with the Near East University Social Research and Development Center and the Cancer Patients Aid Association, has signed a protocol to support cancer patients and raise public awareness.

The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Umut Akçıl, Dean of the Atatürk Faculty of Education; Ayşe Kanlıada, President of the Cancer Patients Aid Association; and Prof. Dr. Zehra Altınay and Prof. Dr. Fahriye Altınay, Presidents of the Social Research and Development Center. The signing ceremony was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dervişe Amca Toklu, Associate Dean of the Faculty, and Hale Alibaba, Board Member of the Association.

Within the scope of the protocol, informative seminars, awareness campaigns, and social responsibility projects will be carried out. Students will actively participate in these activities, gaining experience while contributing to public awareness and educational programs designed for cancer patients.
