The collaboration seeks to leverage technology in city management within Northern Cyprus through educational programs, research endeavors, and joint projects. Among the priorities are enhancing energy efficiency and introducing smart solutions in waste management, traffic control, and transportation.
NEU Rector Prof. Dr. Tamer Şanlıdağ highlighted the need for innovative approaches to ensure sustainable urban living in Northern Cyprus.
