Near East University continues to prioritize academic excellence by organizing in-service training seminars for faculty members, focusing on innovative teaching approaches, digital skills, leadership, and effective classroom management. The two separate training sessions, held at the İrfan Günsel Congress Center, attracted great interest from academicians of the Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Health Sciences, and Faculty of Nursing.

Organized by the Curriculum Development Committee, the program covered key topics such as pedagogical transformation, individualized learning models, artificial intelligence in education, and digital platforms. Prof. Dr. Zehra Altınay led discussions on pedagogy and teaching methods, while Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Bicen provided insights into digital tools and AI-driven education.

Prof. Dr. Altınay highlighted the importance of lifelong learning, stating, “We aim to build a bridge from the classroom to lifelong education.” Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Bicen emphasized the role of AI-powered platforms like AI. Prof. DUX and E-StudyBox in transforming education.

These training programs ensure that Near East University faculty members stay at the forefront of modern teaching methodologies, equipping them with cutting-edge digital and pedagogical skills to better prepare students for the future.
