“Psychology Days II” Focuses on Mental Well-Being in the Age of Stress

Near East University hosted Psychology Days II, an event that brought together academics and students to discuss anxiety, stress, and burnout caused by modern life within a scientific framework. Organized by the Office of the Dean of Students and the Psychology Club, the event attracted strong participation under the main theme “The Age of Tired Minds: Coping with Anxiety, Stress, and Burnout in the Modern World.”

The program addressed mental resilience, coping strategies, and emotional renewal across different life stages, from adolescence to adulthood. Topics included coping with anxiety and stress in adolescents, the search for meaning and psychological resilience during adolescence, stress management and psychological flexibility in adults, as well as burnout and emotional recovery in adulthood. The event provided participants with up-to-date, practical approaches aimed at supporting mental well-being in today’s fast-paced world.
