The “Physiotherapy and Physical Activity Applications for High-Risk Infants” seminar, organized in partnership with the Cyprus Turkish Physiotherapists Association and the Cyprus Turkish Physical Activity Association, took place on November 23, 2024, at Merkez Lefkoşa. The event featured expert pediatric physiotherapists discussing various aspects of high-risk infant development.

Among the speakers was Asst. Prof. Dr. Melis Bağkur, a faculty member at Near East University, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. She emphasized the importance of early therapy and presented on the effectiveness of Bobath therapy in supporting motor development in infants.

The seminar also included case analyses and workshops, providing participants with insights into innovative approaches in pediatric physiotherapy. The event served as an important platform for knowledge exchange, bringing together professionals and experts in the field.
