Developed through the scientific expertise of Near East University and the advanced technological and engineering capabilities of Near East Technology and GÜNSEL, the Industry Information System was officially introduced at the Department of Industry under the TRNC Ministry of Economy and Energy. The system is designed to consolidate industrial registry procedures within a single digital platform, significantly improving speed, transparency, and efficiency in public administration.

Featuring modules for business and user management, industrial registry processes, production and capacity monitoring, as well as reporting and analytics, the system enables data-driven decision-making in the industrial sector. With QR-coded document verification, automated PDF generation, time-stamped transaction records, and role-based authorization, the platform is expected to reduce bureaucratic workloads and processing times. Ultimately, the project aims to support evidence-based policymaking and strengthen the digital transformation of industrial governance in Northern Cyprus.
