The “Diabetes Camp,” organized by Near East University DESAM Research Institute, Near East University Faculty of Health Sciences, and the Cyprus Turkish Diabetes Association, was held with high participation. Over three days, 60 participants engaged in hands-on training for diabetes management, guided by experts, to integrate these skills into their daily lives.
Under the guidance of specialists from Near East University’s Faculty of Health Sciences, participants received training on diabetes management, physiotherapy, and nutrition. The camp’s interactive structure allowed attendees to share personal experiences and connect with others facing similar health challenges. They also benefited from one-on-one interactions with experts, creating a more effective learning environment.
