The Faculty of Pharmacy of Near East University, in collaboration with the Turkish Cypriot Pharmacists Association and the Association of Magistral Pharmacists, organized an informative and hands-on event titled “Magistral Drug Preparation Presentation and Activity” on May 4, 2024, at ECZO D01 Hall.

The event featured Expert Pharmacist Ahmet Pekcan, President of the Association of Magistral Pharmacists, who delivered a comprehensive presentation on magistral (compounded) drug preparation techniques, quality standards in pharmaceutical compounding, and innovative approaches in personalized medicine.

Throughout the session, participants had the opportunity to observe live demonstrations showcasing key stages of the compounding process, gaining valuable insights into the practical aspects of individualized drug preparation.

The program concluded with a certificate presentation ceremony, where participants were awarded certificates of attendance in recognition of their engagement and participation.
