A Digital E-Government Seminar was organized to contribute to the digital transformation of institutions and increase awareness of the effective use of e-government services. Representatives of institutions and organizations received information on accessing digital public services, using e-government applications, conducting online transactions securely, and integrating digital technologies into institutional processes. The seminar also addressed practical ways of making everyday and organizational procedures faster, safer, and more accessible through digital platforms. A question-and-answer session provided participants with an opportunity to discuss their experiences and specific concerns. By promoting digital literacy and more effective use of online public services, the event contributed to strengthening institutional digital capacity and supporting wider access to technology-enabled services.
