The “Young Women Shaping Their Future Summit,” organized by Near East University, brought together young women to explore career planning, leadership, workplace dynamics, resilience, effective communication, and professional development. Organized through collaboration between the Near East University Gender Studies Research and Application Center (TOCAM), Student Dean’s Office, and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the summit focused on strengthening young women’s confidence and leadership potential. Addressing opportunities and challenges that women may encounter in professional life, the event connected academic perspectives with civil society and professional experience. By providing guidance on personal and career development, the summit contributed to raising awareness of gender equality and supporting young women in preparing for their future careers.
