Near East University is committed to the effective implementation and continuous improvement of its Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Policy across all areas of institutional activity.

- Provides training and awareness activities on equality, diversity, and inclusion for staff and students
- Promotes an inclusive and respectful campus environment that values diversity
- Ensures accessibility of facilities, services, and learning environments for individuals with disabilities
- Establishes mechanisms for reporting, monitoring, and addressing discrimination, harassment, or inequality
- Regularly reviews and updates its policies and practices in line with the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle and international standards
